The Spectrum Building

In the lively Ropewalks district of Liverpool City Centre, and just around the corner from Concert Square (the hub of LIverpool's nightlife), The Spectrum Building is modern and vibrant, and the perfect place to be based! We have a number of apartments available, each one contains two double bedrooms, and some have the facility to add a sofa-bed to accommodate extra people!

All of the apartments are fully-furnished and decorated to have that home-from-home feel about them that everyone wants when they are travelling. Each of the apartments has an open plan living and kitchen area where you can cook, eat, and relax on the sofa in front of the television. The bathroom comes with towels and complementary toiletries.

The Ropewalks district of town is characterised by a concentration of 19th Century warehouses, and a network of uniquely straight and narrow streets whose design date back to the days when Liverpool was a major industrial port! Today, it's acknowledged as the business centre for media, design and communication industries.

If you're looking for cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs then you're in the right place; you can find quite an eclectic mix after just a very short walk! Or if it's a shopping trip you're hoping for then you'll find the world-famous Liverpool ONE starts just at the bottom of Duke Street, along with all the boutiques and high-street stores that have been based in Liverpool for years and years!
