Terms & Conditions

* We have a two-night minimum booking policy for all weekend bookings.

* We are unable to accept bookings from within the Merseyside area, any bookings received will be subject to cancellation.

* We will not take bookings from Stag Nights or Hen Nights.

* We are very strict on noise pollution as some of our apartment blocks are residential. If we receive any complaints there will be additional charges.

* All of our apartments are no smoking!

* A 20% deposit will be taken on receipt of your booking, using the card details provided on your booking form.

* The remaining 80% will be taken approximately one week prior to arrival.

* Apartments cannot be reserved if full payment has not been received.

* Check in is between 2pm and 5pm at our main office, at 2 Hudson Gardens, Cornwallis Street, off Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BB. Anyone checking in outside of these times will have to pay a courier fee.
